Juan Fernandez is the Vice President of Managed IT Services for Imagenet Consulting. He has been working in and developing the IT industry for over 23 years. With an enterprise and small business focus, proficiencies on HIPPA, PCI compliance with focused on small business, Government, Education, healthcare and financial industries. Juan is one of select few to write the CompTIA A+, Network +, Security + Tests. Juan also sits on the CompTIA Subject Matter Expert Technical Advisory board members. Dedicated to improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology, creating effective business models for delivering IT based services such as DaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, HaaS and promoting online development opportunities to increase individual self-service capabilities and leading strategic initiatives to effectively transform technology to be simple, flexible, adaptable and responsive to the customer needs.
He is the winner of the 2018 MSP Shark Tank for best security and services presentation in which set the stage for an all-inclusive Security and Device as a service model that set the framework for channel and MSP’s models. Juan has focused his entire career on educating customers and companies on his Making “IT” Simple approach.
Juan sits on the HP DaaS advisory committee for Device as a Service and has worked with many other channel companies to develop XaaS models.

Chris currently serves as the Director of Engineering and Managed Services at Forward Edge, overseeing Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and the Network Project teams. With over 25 years of IT industry experience spanning the SMB, Enterprise, and Education sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table including building a successful MSP before joining the Forward Edge team where he has re-envisioned what success looks like.
During his tenure at Forward Edge, he has been instrumental in building and leading a team that started with just two engineers and is now a highly skilled group of over twenty professionals. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, achieving significant technical and professional milestones, he continues to ensure the highest levels of service excellence. In addition to his corporate experience, he has also dedicated time as an Adjunct Instructor for Kaplan College, where he had the privilege of teaching computer science. This experience along with a dedication to K-12 education has deepened his commitment to the development of future IT professionals.

Terez Leach is a dynamic channel leader focused on growing and engaging partner communities, driving partner program development, and building omni-channel marketing campaigns. She has worked in IT for 11 years, nine of which have been spent in channel-focused roles. Her career began in the brand agency space as a writer and GTM strategist working with Verizon Enterprise Solutions, HPE, and other high-tech companies.
Following this, she worked for several years with partner-first IT startups Cytracom and Keepit, wearing many hats across brand & marketing strategy, channel community and event management, partner recruitment & enablement, and driving demand with key alliance and OEM partners. Now at Trend Micro, Terez manages the cybersecurity titan's MSP marketing and community engagement strategy.
