Before joining TAG, Jonathan held the role of Chief Technology Officer of The 20 MSP Group. During his 15-year tenure with both The 20 and also Roland Technology Group, Dallas-based MSP and The 20s sister company, Jonathan served in a variety of key senior management positions, including Chief Information Officer. As CTO of The 20 MSP Group, he pioneered the technology and technical support strategy of the business. Jonathan successfully collaborated with several vendors’ software development teams to build their software in a direction to specifically meet The 20 business model requirements. He has trained, recruited, and developed a team that grew to over 40 technical staff to provide full levels of remote technical support via live call answering and email-based support with a rapid response SLA and customer satisfaction that was among the best in the Managed IT Services industry.

Jason Bystrak began his tenure at D&H in 2019 to oversee the distributor’s Cloud Business Unit. He has more than two decades of experience in channel and cloud-based services, including his most recent position as Vice President Of Worldwide Channels & Distribution for Axcient, a frontrunner in cloud based data and storage solutions. He’s also had considerable experience overseeing cloud programs for a major channel distributor. Jason drives D&H’s strategy for cloud and managed services, including both expanding the company’s internal team and building relationships with cloud service providers for the distributor’s evolving digital commerce platform. His expertise in the channel has been in high demand at various panels, roundtables and event appearances throughout the industry. Adam Gittins attended Iowa State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business, with an area of emphasis in Farm Business Management.
While attending Iowa State, Adam took a position with Ag Leader Technology in Ames, IA. He worked in their technical support department, served as the GPS and Guidance Product Specialist, and conducted many trainings alongside Ag Leader Dealers.
In the fall of 2005, Adam joined the then small Precision Ag team at HTS Ag and relocated back near the family farm with his wife, Melissa. With his in-depth technical knowledge, he hit the ground running and grew the team at HTS Ag.
Adam positioned HTS Ag in the drone industry through his own use of sUAS, offering drones, training, and image stitching software for field analysis. He served 4 years on the CompTIA Drone Advisory Council.
Adam has taken over the family farm from his dad, and extensively uses Precision Ag in his own operation to improve efficiency and add to the bottom line. He is also involved with several vendors to test new equipment and features while operating machinery on his farm.

Prior to Pax8, Ryan served as vice president of product management for MX Logic, a cloud-based email and web security company that was acquired by McAfee in 2009. Following the acquisition, Ryan directed the product teams responsible for McAfee's portfolio of cloud-based email and web solutions and later led the product unification and hybrid cloud development effort for the company's web security product lines. Ryan has dedicated his career to enabling business with Internet-based solutions. He started his career building a reengineering practice at Deloitte & Touche in the Consulting division.
