Benefits

Space Enterprise Council (SEC)

SEC brings a unique voice to policy discussions that are centered on space and the innovation technology ecosystem. The Council provides insight on the economic and national security impacts delivered to Americans from our nation’s space program.

State & Local Government and Education Council (SLED)

Connect with leaders from local and state governments to drive initiatives focused on advancing the interests of the IT industry. Members from the private and public sector, through the Public Technology Institute, are offered the opportunity for meaningful dialogue on important issues facing governments today.

Federal Procurement Council

Leading technology companies can connect with policy and decision makers in the Federal government. The council works closely with Federal agencies, Congress, and the White House to help define and implement a forward-leaning, IT-focused modernized acquisition framework that promotes improved emerging technology adoption.

International Trade Regulation & Compliance (ITRC)

We focus on advancing customs procedures and practices that are effective, and transparent; supporting reasonable and clearly defined export regulations and sanctions; reducing barriers; and advocating for U.S. tech globally. We also assist members in developing a strong global trade compliance program and organization through research, education, and benchmarking.

Public Technology Institute (PTI)

PTI promotes the professional development of practitioners and government officials to help them respond to the challenges facing America’s cities and counties. Resources include research, education, executive-level consulting services, and national recognition programs. PTI connects CompTIA vendor members and government officials through targeted events, councils, and meetings.
