Open AI and its Impact on the Channel
The release of ChatGPT by OpenAI has forever changed the way we interact with technology, and opened a Pandora’s Box that has the potential to transform countless industries. Never before has a new technology release garnered so much attention in such a short time, leading many in the channel to consider the ramifications.
In this keynote address, Nick Westbrook (Senior Partner Technology Strategist) and Ken Davis (President and Founder, Cognition360) will share their view on how they are leveraging this technology for customers and helping companies find more efficient and effective ways of conducting business. They will explore the impact on solution providers/MSPs, how IT organisations can leverage AI tech, and the challenges (and opportunities) that this technology presents. Shortly after they will be joined by Tim Warren (CEO and Co-Founder, Ambit) and Greg Sharp (CEO & Founder, ZenContract) for a panel to share their real work experience and answer questions from the audience. Definitely a presentation you won’t want to miss.
Cyber Insurance
In this ever-changing cyber landscape, many insurers have made changes to Cyber Insurance policies that directly impact MSPs and Solution providers. As if Cyber Insurance wasn’t already confusing enough, we’ve seen increased regulation by Government, and increased Insurer losses due to insurers paying more claims than premiums received.
In this informative and very relevant keynote, Tim Stephinson and Andrew Bremner from SherpaTech, leading insurance specialists for Tech and IT, will unpack the changes in cyber insurance, and what MSPs can expect from insurance firms. The objective is to arm you with the knowledge and the right questions to ask your insurance advisors, and provide you with advice on how to get the right cover for your business. The speakers will also be joined by David Norris of Nortec, for a panel to answer questions and share their real work experience.
