Over the last few years, we’ve seen the move to software as a service, the introduction of vendor marketplaces, and the evolution of eCommerce platforms. This has some vendors questioning how to best leverage a channel, while at the same time we’ve seen an increase in the number of partners and distributors being appointed, and growth in the volume of revenue generated by MSPs and Solution Providers. After that, we’ll break into small groups to explore the relevance of the channel today and in the future.
