Antitrust Statement

CompTIA is a leading voice and advocate for the global information technology ecosystem; and the estimated 75 million industry and tech professionals who design, implement, manage, and safeguard the technology that powers the world’s economy. Through collaboration, education, certifications, advocacy and market research, CompTIA advances the industries and careers that rely on tech.

CompTIA has a policy of strict compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. These antitrust laws generally prohibit actions that could result in an unreasonable restraint of trade. Consequently, you agree that you will not engage in any conduct that violates, might violate, or that could create the appearance of violating, these antitrust laws. For example, you agree that you will not discuss certain topics while participating in any CompTIA events or activities, including, without limitation, any discussions relating to prices, fees, rates, profit margins, or other terms or conditions of sale (including allowances, discounts, credit terms, and warranties); allocation of markets or customers or division of territories; or refusals to deal with or boycotts of suppliers, customers or other third parties, or topics that may lead participants not to deal with a particular supplier, customer or third party; or any other topics, the discussion of which could result in an unreasonable restraint of trade. In the event that any participant becomes aware of any such discussions or becomes concerned that any such discussions might be occurring, the participant must immediately notify CompTIA so that further discussion can be suspended.
