 Though ten years have passed since CompTIA’s initial State of the Channel study, the core of the channel remains consistent in featuring tech vendors, distributors, solution providers and MSPs in a mostly linear go-to-market structure. In many ways, however, their respective roles and relative power balance has evolved, especially as the proliferation of new vendors – mostly cloud- based – has afforded partners far more choice in whom to work with.
