Akron, Ohio – Military Hire, a Metisentry company, announced today it has signed a training and certification partnership agreement with CompTIA, the leading provider of vendor-neutral skills certifications for the global technology workforce.

Through their partnership synergy, the companies plan to increase and skill-up the number of veteran workforce candidates with foundational and advanced IT skills in fast-growing fields like cyber security or IT network security. Parallel to this educational mission are plans for expansive growth of workforce credentials management in other areas of public government and the private sector through WillCo Tech, a partner company.

WillCo Tech owns ATCTS (Army Training & Certification Tracking System). Willco's proprietary CyberSTAR platform automates the monitoring, management, and alerting for cyber workforce compliance. CyberSTAR manages credentials and qualifications for 1.8 million registered users and is the only DoDD 8140 compliant system currently contracted for use in the Department of Defense (DoD).
