Ken Bagnall is the CEO of Silent Push Inc.
Silent Push is a threat enrichment and hunting platform that allows organizations to have customized feeds relevant to themselves.
Ken has a long track record of defending companies from attack. Previously Ken was Vice President of FireEye product management. In FireEye he led a team that defended the world’s largest organizations from advanced threat actor groups. Ken also founded The Email Laundry in 2007 which was acquired by FireEye in 2017. The Email Laundry kept email safe for over 9000 organizations worldwide primarily through their email security service. The service specialised in impersonation detection and creating email specific threat intelligence tools. The service was the highest rated Secure Email Gateway on Gartner Peer Insights. The full technology stack is ported in to FireEye Email Security cloud service.
Ken also has a Cybersecurity Investment company called Phish Security that funds innovation in this sector. He sits on the advisory board of Strike Ready, a security operations platform.
Ken was previously also on the board of Information Security Ireland, on the executive council of CompTIA UK, and on the executive council of the EU PROTECTIVE threat intelligence project.

John Barnette, is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Optimal Defense Solutions, LLC (ODS), a Veteran-Owned Service-Disabled Small Business (SDVOSB) providing professional and technical services to the Federal Government.
As President and CEO, John is focused on supplying customers with efficient, high quality, support services that address the literal tech-focused inadequacies of emerging technologies and resolve specific technical and business problems on both a reactive and proactive basis. Subsequently, much of his time is devoted to ensuring the delivery of professional and technical services that nuetralize knowledge gaps and enhance customer workforce productivity.
Over his 26-year career within the IT industry, John has served in numerous capacities, to include: Helpdesk Manager, Desktop Support Technician, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Site Manager, and Project Manager. After completing two enlistments in the United States Navy, he received an honorable discharge at the rate and rank of Information Technician 1st Class Petty Officer/E-6. While on active duty, John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University. This curriculum combined a business administration core with hands-on computer training and emphasized a practical understanding of broad-based business skills and objectives. The knowledge and experience that John gained as a result, helped prepare him for the impending technical and leadership roles that he would ultimately satisfy.
Following the Navy, John worked for several major government-contracting firms and earned his Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Walden University. His post-military profession, coupled with his academic achievements, engendered the ability to adequately apply management, leadership, and communication skills within the public arena. John successfully leveraged his experience, skills, and knowledge to launch ODS in 2015.
John is on the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Hawaii, is a Corporate CompTIA member, and is a proud member of the CompTIA ISAO.

Jonathan Braley leads the IT-ISAC's operations team which provides analytic and operational support to their various members and partners. Jonathan's primary responsibilities include: working with clients to better understand and meet their operational and analytical requirements, program managing special interest groups and committees, training and supervising the Cybersecurity Operations Coordinator, and ensuring operational needs are being met. Jonathan also reviews and evaluates potential technology and analysis tools that could bring value to members and partners. He looks to build, maintain, and grow operational partnerships with various organizations and the IT-ISAC. Working in partnership with the CompTIA ISAO, Jonathan assists the operations team in supplying relevant threat information to CompTIA members. Jonathan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University, where he received a degree in Information Technology: Data Networking and Security. He enjoys traveling with his wife, working on his Jeep and playing with his Golden Retriever Gibson.

Mark is a technologist with over thirty years’ experience in the computer networking and cybersecurity field. Prior to US itek, Incorporated, Mark was an accomplished Master Electrician holding licenses in multiple Western New York Municipalities. In 1998 he started a consulting practice, Electric.com, that he merged into US itek in 2004. As Vice President of Information Systems his responsibilities include engineering US itek’s Cloud, Managed IT, and Cybersecurity practice, as well as overseeing its Datacenter and Network Operations Center. He holds numerous certifications from Microsoft, CEH and CompTIA that along with his vast network security knowledge and business acumen empowers him to lead and mentor the network administration and Helpdesk teams at US itek.

Mr. Humphries is the founder and Managing Partner of Allied Technology Group, LLC a nationally recognized IT consulting firm and Managed Service Provider (MSP). Since Allied’s founding in 2000, Mr. Humphries has served as lead consultant for IT projects and implementation, fulfilled IT strategy for several clients by acting as the client’s virtual Chief Information Officer as well as the Managed Service Practice lead for Allied where he developed a major portion of the IT service portfolio.
Mr. Humphries has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry with a majority of that time spent as an IT professional and an IT service executive. Mr. Humphries has led many IT projects and initiatives for Allied’s clients including infrastructure build outs, Wide Area Network (WAN) design and implementation of unified communications platforms. Mr. Humphries has also managed an IT team dedicated to the ongoing support of small and medium sized commercial companies across a wide range of vertical markets including professional services, banking and wholesale distribution.
In addition to serving on CompTIA’s ISAO MSP Champions Working Group, Mr. Humphries has also held several leadership roles with the Arkansas Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, including serving as a member of the IAMCP United States Board of Directors.

Chris Infante is the Director of Engineering at Forward Edge, a role that not only encompasses the Managed Services and Cybersecurity Practices but also the Network Project team. He has 25 years of IT industry experience working in the SMB and Government sectors as well as spending a short time as an Adjunct Instructor for Kaplan College where he taught computer science. He has been part of the Forward Edge Team for over 8 years after coming onboard from a small SMB based Managed Services Provider. In that time, Chris has helped to exponentially grow the Forward Edges Managed Services practice, which now includes over 50 school districts. His robust role now includes overseeing a rapidly growing Cybersecurity practice designed around K-12 Education and industry best practices.

Helder is 32-year combat veteran and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, LTC. He is an Iraq War Veteran and recipient of the prestigious Combat Infantryman's Badge and his last duty assignment was the Chief Information Officer, G6, of the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Helder is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CISSP, and has over 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology and Cyber Security areas. Rick Monnig founded TechSolutions, Inc. over 21 years ago. He is currently serving as President and Head of Cybersecurity. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and certifications from Microsoft, Dell, Citrix, Symantec, VMWare and ConnectWise. Things have changed quite a bit during his 27-year IT career, moving from a break fix model, to managed services and now towards managed security services. He continues to adapt and lead his company with a new security focus moving into 2021. TechSolutions continues to manage all aspects of their client’s technology, helping the SMB market move into this new era of Cybersecurity.

Bob has been able to bring real solutions to his business because his own life has been a journey of paying attention to the lessons that life has to teach. After gaining a wealth of experience and honing his skills working in IT for Millwork One, a large architectural wood working company, Bob saw how IT could transform the way a business works in the construction industry. In May 2008, Bob partnered with the owner of Millwork One to co-found Attain Technology, growing the business year over year with a focus on putting people first and providing top-notch technology solutions.
Bob has lived in Worcester for over 30 years, whenever he can get away from a computer screen, he spends his time out on the water. He and his wife Melanie are avid sailors and along with their crew, a beagle named Buddy, and a hound mix named Rocky, they enjoy sailing with friends and family. They named their 41’ Sailboat “Beach House” because they feel right at home whenever they’re aboard. Favorite places to relax on or near the water are Clearwater/ St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto in Florida and Narragansett Bay Newport, Rhode Island.
