An Exciting Time for Broadband
Many local governments are implementing new broadband initiatives, due partly to new federal funding that has been made available. Broadband is always one of our more popular discussion topics so we thought we would revisit what is happening in this space. Mike Lynch, Broadband & Cable, Department of Innovation and Technology with the City of Boston, and Past-President of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisers, will share the latest on federal programs, any trends or interesting projects that he is seeing, and then invite members to share what they are doing to improve community connectivity.
Jurisdiction members are invited to participate in Public Technology Institute's December monthly meeting.
