Cynthia Mooney is a Solutions Delivery Executive at HP.

She has been in the technology industry for 30 years with progressive leadership roles for the past 12 years.

She is responsible for delivering value-add services solutions to help customers attain their business goals. Cynthia is accountable for the delivery team in the Eastern United States across high-profile accounts within the healthcare, education, state government, manufacturing, finance and technology sectors.

She is on the Advisory Board of the CompTIA/Ryerson Technology initiative, Co-Chair for the Women’s Impact Network at HP Canada and prides herself in being a mentor within HP’s Leadership Rotation Program.

Cynthia is passionate about value solutions and business outcomes for her customers and development for early career individuals.

Cynthia golfs, skis and practices yoga. She is also an avid Marvel Universe and Star Wars fan.

Eric Anthony

Partner Engagement Director, Egnyte

Since the age of 15, Eric has been helping people with IT—from setting up PCs for friends to owning his own break/fix and managed services companies for almost 20 years. In 2013, he joined the vendor side of the channel to run the global SE team at GFI Max/LogicNow. SolarWinds acquired LogicNow in 2016, and he created the first dedicated customer experience role at SolarWinds MSP. Later, Eric envisioned and then realized the Head Nerd program during SolarWinds path to IPO. He currently is the director of channel community and enablement at Egnyte and serves as the vice chair on the Executive Council for the North America Community at CompTIA. In his spare time, he runs the All Things MSP Facebook group and creates YouTube videos for MSPs.

Vince Crisler

Chief Strategy Officer, Celerium

Vince Crisler has more than 20 years of IT and cyber security leadership within the Department of Defense, federal civilian government, and private sector. He is the CEO and Founder of Dark Cubed, a cyber security product company focused on innovative solutions for small and midsize companies.

Prior to founding Dark Cubed, Crisler supported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Sandia National Laboratories in the development of cyber security protection programs to defend the networks of Federal Departments and Agencies, as well as those belonging to critical infrastructure and key resources (CI/KR) owners and operators. Crisler was the primary author for the five-year technical vision for the National Cybersecurity Protection System, a $3B cyber security program within DHS.  He was also a co-author of the DHS Enhanced Cyber Services (ECS) Program, establishing a critical cyber security information-sharing program, which was formally announced in Executive Order (EO) 13636, Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity.

Crisler also served as the CISO for the White House's Executive Office of the President and was responsible for the creation of the first ever cyber security operations center to protect White House networks.

Prior to the White House, Crisler served in the United States Air Force in organizations to include the White House Communications Agency, the National Military Command Center in the Pentagon, and Ramstein Air Base in Germany.  Crisler earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the Ohio State University and currently lives in the Washington D.C. area.

Juan Fernandez

Juan Fernandez is the Vice President of Managed IT Services for Imagenet Consulting. He has been working in and developing the IT industry for over 23 years. With an enterprise and small business focus, proficiencies on HIPPA, PCI compliance with focused on small business, Government, Education, healthcare and financial industries. Juan is one of select few to write the CompTIA A+, Network +, Security + Tests. Juan also sits on the CompTIA Subject Matter Expert Technical Advisory board members. Dedicated to improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology, creating effective business models for delivering IT based services such as DaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, HaaS and promoting online development opportunities to increase individual self-service capabilities and leading strategic initiatives to effectively transform technology to be simple, flexible, adaptable and responsive to the customer needs.

He is the winner of the 2018 MSP Shark Tank for best security and services presentation in which set the stage for an all-inclusive Security and Device as a service model that set the framework for channel and MSP’s models. Juan has focused his entire career on educating customers and companies on his Making “IT” Simple approach.

Juan sits on the HP DaaS advisory committee for Device as a Service and has worked with many other channel companies to develop XaaS models.

Chris Infante

Director of Engineering, Forward Edge

Chris currently serves as the Director of Engineering and Managed Services at Forward Edge, overseeing Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and the Network Project teams. With over 25 years of IT industry experience spanning the SMB, Enterprise, and Education sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table including building a successful MSP before joining the Forward Edge team where he has re-envisioned what success looks like. 

During his tenure at Forward Edge, he has been instrumental in building and leading a team that started with just two engineers and is now a highly skilled group of over twenty professionals. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, achieving significant technical and professional milestones, he continues to ensure the highest levels of service excellence. In addition to his corporate experience, he has also dedicated time as an Adjunct Instructor for Kaplan College, where he had the privilege of teaching computer science. This experience along with a dedication to K-12 education has deepened his commitment to the development of future IT professionals. 

Raffi Jamgotchian

CEO, Triada Networks LLC

As the son of a mainframe programmer, Raffi Jamgotchian has been around computers since the age of seven. Raffi joined and then later ran a successful Bulletin Board Service (BBS) out of his bedroom while in High School prior to attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and receiving a BS in Computer and Systems Engineering.

Raffi joined a control systems manufacturer and helped implement some of the largest distance learning and conference systems in the United States. In 1995, Raffi joined as a general IT technician and scriptwriter for a mid-tier investment firm, but eventually was the Director of IT Infrastructure for the New York region. During his tenure at that investment firm, he served as an advisor for emerging technology investments and managed many of the large scale IT integration projects including the first cybersecurity teams. During this time, Raffi obtained an MBA in Information Systems.

In 2006, he left that firm to assist in the startup over another smaller independent investment fund.

In the fall of 2008, in the middle of the financial crisis, Raffi saw an opportunity to service small investment firms that were now cropping up. They needed the same technical, compliance, and cybersecurity that larger investment firms did, but didn't have the resources.

Raffi lives in Northern NJ near Manhattan with his wife and 4 boys.

Brook began her career in IT in the corporate sector running departments all over the US, from small businesses all the way to multibillion-dollar companies. She later moved to the MSP space and really found her niche in IT. Starting from the ground up, she has worked in all aspects of an MSP from dispatch to engineer to project management to vCIO to COO. Rebuilding MSPs while working as a consultant allowed her to help hundreds of people and companies be able to grow and mature.  While consulting she found the Channel of the MSP world and realized there was even more to learn, new ways to be able give back to the community and a whole new area to conquer.   Since joining the Channel, she has found a new space to be passionate about her love of IT and an avenue to help those passions grow to fruition.

BARBARA PALUSZKIEWICZ, CDN Technologies CEO, is the author of IT Scams: How To Avoid Being Ripped Off and Talk Show Host of KNOW Tech Talk.

Over the course of her 25 year career in IT, she has been known for her ability to present highly technical information in a clear, easy to understand manner.

A frequent expert guest on ABC, NBC, CBS, City TV, ROGERS, & FOX TV News & Talk shows, she speaks on the dangers of ransomware and tech developments that save companies big money on their IT Systems and critical data security.

Eric Torres joined Datto, Inc. in March of 2015. With over 15 years in the technology industry, Eric shares his passion for educating the business community on the ever-changing cybersecurity threat landscape. Formerly a member of Datto’s Advisory Board, and now the Director of Channel Development, Eric shares his knowledge and expertise on mitigating cyber threats at hundreds of peer-to-peer presentations and industry events throughout the year. Once named to CRN Magazine’s 100 People You Don’t Know, But Should list, and a former member of CompTIA’s Security Executive Council, Eric brings his passion for business continuity and the managed service provider community to this role and focuses on supporting the Datto Partner Community in growing their business.
