Ryan Burton

VP of product Strategy, Pax8

As Vice President of Product Strategy at Pax8, Burton is responsible for discovering, vetting, and integrating new Pax8 vendors into the company’s ecosystem. Today, the Pax8 line card consists of both well-known brands and new emerging vendors. Under the Product team, the company has built a 150-step vendor vetting process to ensure the partner community is getting the best experience in the industry when purchasing cloud solutions from Pax8.

Previously, Burton worked in sales at MXLogic, one of the world’s largest cloud email security companies. When John Street sold MXLogic to McAfee in 2009, Burton jumped at the opportunity to work with him when Street founded Pax8 in 2012. Burton started at Pax8 pre-revenue and was one of the first sales representatives.

Burton has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry on the sales and product side of the business.

He holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.

Jason Eberhardt

I have wide-ranging experience in the areas of Information Security, security products, and large-scale implementations. I am a positive, results-driven, and innovative individual with proven success in balancing operational efficiency and business growth with client satisfaction, offering more than 21 years’ progressive and stable experience with world-class organizations. I take pride in my ability to effectively combine corporate objectives and values with personal and professional goals, and work ethics. I employ proactive management and strong leadership techniques to generate accomplishment-driven workplace environment, resulting in employee loyalty.  I build and foster strategic business relationships with C-level executives, maintaining customer/partner satisfaction at all levels. 

I have held many positions in my career from being an Implementation Engineer to Chief Technology Officer. I bring all levels of my experience to my positions, and I have the ability to see from both sides of the table. I am an excellent communicator and enthusiastic leader with passion in all that I do, including introducing and leading change.

I care about all I do. When you care everything falls into place. I have a positive can do attitude in everything, and it shows with my personal challenge in every task I works towards.

John Harden

Sr PMM - SaaS Management, Auvik

Starting his career in tech in High School, John landed his first role at a rapidly growing MSP in Indianapolis. John helped catalyze the growth by building custom solutions to help scale the company. Inside this organization, John launched a product that eventually was a spin-off sister company, where John took a leadership position in its growth. After years of successful growth, John left to found his own company, Saaslio. Saaslio was launched in 2020 & was a rapidly growing SaaS company helping serve the MSP industry he came from solving complex SaaS Management issues. After 2.5 years of leading Saaslio through rapid scale, John navigated Saaslio through the M&A process and was acquired by Auvik, an international player in the IT & Network Management space. Now John serves as a Senior PMM for Auvik in its expansion & go-to-market efforts. In John’s spare time, he sits as a vice chair for the CompTIA SaaS Ecosystem Council. John Harden loves networking, entrepreneurship, and helping find ways to mentor individuals in their personal/professional growth. Outside of business & work, John enjoys running, golfing, reading good business books, and the occasional documentary.

Derik Belair

CEO and Co-Founder, Augmentt

Derik leads the vision, strategy, and growth of Augmentt. Prior to founding Augmentt, he was Vice President of Marketing at SolarWinds where he led the digital marketing strategy for the company’s cloud division. Derik joined SolarWinds through the acquisition of N-able Technologies, a company he helped build and sell to SolarWinds in 2013. Derik has been working in the channel in a senior leadership role for over 20 years, having been through the IPO process and several acquisitions.

Amy Carr

Vice President of Marketing, SaaS Alerts

Amy Carr is Vice President of Marketing at SaaS Alerts, a cybersecurity company that provides MSPs with a platform to manage and protect their customers’ core SaaS business applications from cyber threats. Amy has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and over 12 years of experience in the managed service provider industry. In her current role, Amy is responsible for building brand awareness for SaaS Alerts, as well as demand generation and pipeline creation for the global sales organization. Prior to joining SaaS Alerts, Amy was Senior Director of Marketing for Addigy, and held numerous product marketing and demand generation leadership roles at ConnectWise and SoftServe.

Luis Giraldo

Chief Experience Officer, ScalePad

Luis Giraldo serves as ScalePad’s Chief Experience Officer, helming its partner success and IT organizations. In addition to building and selling his own MSP business, Luis previously developed and commercialized SaaS application Monkey Box and has held senior leadership roles in product, strategy, and marketing at major MSP vendors before joining ScalePad. A consummate IT professional and product strategist, Luis provides thought leadership to the industry and frequently presents on MSP best practices and strategies.

Paul Redding

Vice President of Channel, Compliancy Group

As the former CEO of an MSP, Paul has an extensive background in cybersecurity. Throughout the years, Paul has advised scores of healthcare organizations on the security measures they needed to have in place to protect their information and be in compliance with HIPAA.

As the VP of Channel with Compliancy Group, Paul works with technology service provider partners, advising them on how HIPAA compliance can benefit their business. He takes his knowledge to the trade show stage and healthcare industry events educating MSPs and their clients alike on the importance and impact of compliance for their businesses

Michael Slater

Head of Sales, Channel Marketplace, Sherweb

Michael watches over Sherweb's dynamic cloud marketplace. His main objectives include advancing Sherweb's lineup of cloud solutions, developing the sales team’s overall technical strategy and delivering the right products for channel partners. With previous roles in support, SMB sales and enterprise technical sales, his experience includes liaising with thousands of channel partners in North and South America. When he’s not immersed in expanding Sherweb's channel footprint, Michael is a fan of video games, fine scotch and combat sports.

Subsequently, I solidified vcpi's reputation as the premier Managed Service Provider in Senior Living and amplified sales and marketing synergies at Spectrum Health. Most recently I was the Head of Marketing for MSPbots. My forte lies in architecting robust Go-to-Market strategies, forging meaningful customer connections, unveiling compelling brand narratives, and cultivating community engagement. Recognized for my innovative approach, I am ardently committed to driving innovation within the MSP realm and envisioning the transformative potential of technology.
