Recently recognized as an expert and a national leader in Canada and the United States, Elena is a pioneer in private blockchain education and software development. Elena as a Co-founder of TerraHub compliments the company’s ability to spot emerging trends and cross industry boundaries.

Previously an executive in software development and sales for supply chain, energy, automotive and e-commerce, Elena brings an enormous breadth of experience in identifying what, and determining how, new technologies best serve an organization.

Her passion is growing the capabilities of the next generation of innovators. She serves on the Board of the A100 and Chic Geek, is a Founding Business Mentor with Technovation and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Platform Calgary, where she co-created the Junction program for new entrepreneurs.

Michelle is internationally recognized as a trailblazer and community builder in Web3. She was featured in Forbes as a Top Woman in NFT and featured in the Women of the Future book: Top 100 Women in Web3 & The Metaverse for her accomplishments.

She is the founder of Web3 Equity, an educational company to onboard and empower more women to engage in web3 as investors, collectors, creators and builders. In partnership with City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez she launched an NFT collection called the Tuttle Tribe. She has led in person training for more than 5,500 attendees since launching last year.

Ash brings a rich 30-year global experience base in emerging technology delivery, and significant leadership experience, having served in Big 4 management roles at the Partner level at both PwC LLP in Australia and EY LLP in Ottawa, Canada. Ash has a BSc Hons Life Sciences from Queen’s University, a MSc in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University, and a Certificate in Blockchain Technologies from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Adam Lesh

Founder and CTO, The Maker Foundry

Adam is an emerging technology subject matter expert, specializing in blockchain, digital transformation, software development and digital content. Adam started his career in the Entertainment Industry at Warner Bros. where along with developing and deploying all content management, vendor relationship and workflow processes and procedures for DVD authoring, Adam also represented Warner Bros. at conferences and collaborative Studio meetings. Adam moved on to start the first independent DVD authoring facility, Advanced Media Post, growing it to a boutique post-production facility, including audio editing and mixing, video editing, music, print and motion graphic design, and dubbing services. After 11 years, Adam sold AMP and joined Testronic Labs as CTO where he developed expertise in new technologies such as Blu-ray 3D and BD-Live and represented the company as a speaker and panel moderator at several industry events as well as trade groups such as the Blu-ray Disc Association. At NBCUniversal, Adam was internally focused on project management and process improvement in studio operations, post-production and content distribution workflows. At Breaker, and as Co-Chair of CompTIA’s Blockchain Advisory Council, Adam develops and evangelizes the use of blockchain technology to support solutions for rights and revenue management, supply chain and track-and-trace applications, among others.

Eric Powell

Eric Powell is the founder and CEO of Rylet Industries, an IT managed service provider based in San Antonio, Texas.

He's also a founding member of Ruddock Capital Investments, a privately held investment firm focused on Bitcoin and other promising cryptocurrencies.

While in the US Air Force, Eric held several positions that allowed him to serve as an aviation instructor, scientist, and R&D researcher. It was here that Eric first learned about cybersecurity and cryptocurrency.

Since then, Eric has focused his career on promoting cybersecurity best practices to small-to-medium businesses while evangelizing the power of blockchain technologies.
