The CompTIA Community and ChannelPro Network are proud to present the Cecilia Galvin Scholarship to a deserving female student aspiring to be a technology professional. The award is bestowed in memory of former ChannelPro Network Executive Editor Cecilia Galvin, who was a passionate supporter of women in IT before her death in 2017. The $5,000 USD scholarship will be awarded to a senior high school student with a 2.0 or higher GPA, who is a leader in her school and community and has demonstrated an early interest in technology. The scholarship can be applied to a four-year college, trade school, or CompTIA certifications within the United States.

The nominated individuals should demonstrate:

• Proven leadership in her school 
• Active involvement in her community
• A passion to pursue a technology career

Eligibility Requirements:

• Recently graduated or graduating high school senior females
• GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Pursuing a career in technology
